Hy there, Today I'm going to share this healthy recipe with you. Nowadays health and taste rarely comes together. Here is the healthy and tasty combination. Sandwich roll Ingredient   Brown bread 1 cup chopped tomato 1 cup chopped carrot 1 cup chopped cucumber  1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped cabbage  Paste of mint+garlic+coriander Tomato sauce Grated coconut Butter Grated cheese Instruction 1. Take a slice of bread and cut the edges. Flatten a slice of bread. 2. Spread the paste(if you want to know how is it made just comment below) and tomato sauce on it. 3. Take vegetables and arrange it on the bread and spread the grated cheese on it. 4. Now final and very dalicated part is to rolled it. Care should be taken that it will tear or break. Presentation Present it with coriander leaves and tomato and mayonnaise sauce.

Simpl pasta with an Indian taste.

Pasta is one of the tranding food items in these days. Below is the recipe of pasta with an INDIAN taste. Ingredient 1 chopped tomato 1 chopped onion 1/2 chopped capsicum 1 bowl of boiled pasta 1tsp chopped garlic / garlic paste 1tsp turmeric powder 1tsp green chilli paste 1/4 tsp vinegar / lime Salt according to taste 1 cube cheese (optional) Instruction 1. Take 3tsp cooking oil. Make sure that gas flame is low. 2. After slight heating garlic paste and onion added one by one. 3. When onion becomes slight brown in colour chopped tomato and capsicum added. 4. After that rest of the ingredient are added and mixed well. 5. At last boiled pasta added into that. And mixed well. Presentation Present it with mint and tomato catchup on it.

When i was younger i thought that cooking is so girly thing, tho i avoid to cook. There after i went another city for studying and then i realized that cooking is life saving art. I started cooking for my self n get into it. Now cooking is my life.
